Responsibilities:

• Perform routine oil changes and vehicle inspections and report to teammates
• Preform basic vehicle repairs including but not limited to, tires, air & cabin filter replacement, etc.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others
• Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others
• Knowledge of basic aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast, eager learner and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
