Position Summary: JCB Collection seeks a calm, efficient, personable, and experienced Guest Services Manager to provide extraordinary assistance to our guests and members. Daily tasks include responding to guests via email and phone, generating sales, supporting membership teams, and shipment management. The Luxury Guest Service Manager is also responsible for meeting sales goals and executing administrative duties as determined by the Luxury Retail Operations Manager. A strong work ethic, knowledge of multiple brands and properties, multi-tasking and attention to detail is necessary in this role.

The position will be based at the Boisset corporate office but will require attendance at the other locations as needed. Services will be extended to customers of all Boisset Luxury Brands (JCB Collection & Elizabeth Spencer Winery). Services will be provided primarily by phone (incoming and outgoing calls) and email. This is a Full-Time position with benefits including insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.

Essential Functions:
 Provide luxury-level assistance to guests and members. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

 Ability to problem-solve, seek solutions, and suggest alternatives if needed.

 Turn difficult situations into positive ones, for both the guest and the company. Must be versed in conflict resolution at a high level.

 Strong attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and follow-through.

 Knowledge of AMS point of sale software is required.

 Computer skills required, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

 Process phone and/or e-mail orders by daily entry into the database program. Likewise, process order cancellations and/or returns by crediting members accounts and properly returning wine to inventory.

 Assisting Membership teams with recapturing credit cards on declined orders and managing member correspondence as needed.

 Monitors unshipped orders in the POS as well as orders on hold in the shipment portal.

 Assists with in-house shipment management.

 Hosts at events for JCB Collection and Elizabeth Spencer Winery. Is scheduled to work unless otherwise indicated by manager.

Additional Functions:
 Comply with all company safety policies, practices, and procedures. Participate in safety training and report all unsafe conditions or work practices.

 Participate in team efforts and perform additional duties as needed.
