Job description
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
The charge nurse should be able to work independently and on a team. Leadership skills are a plus.
Essential Functions:
- Deliver nursing care to residents requiring long-term acute care or rehab care.
- Collect resident data, make observations, report pertinent information related to the care of the resident.
- Administer medications according to physicians' orders.
- Implement the resident plan of care and evaluate the resident response.
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality and resident rights.
- Work rotating shifts, holiday and weekends as scheduled.
- Initiate emergency support measures.
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse required.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
