The LVN that we choose must be able to demonstrate compassion, friendliness, and looking at being part of a team.

We are looking for a committed individual with previous experience in a senior living setting, including, but not limited to:

• The Ability to being a team player
• The ability to think outside the box
• The ability to complete assigned tasks
• The ability to meet the physical and emotional needs of the residents
• Follow Physician Orders/communicate effectively with physician's and families
• Document and follow up/Staffing/scheduling and mentoring staff
• Pass Medications
• Must have a valid LVN/RN License and be in good standing with Board of Nursing
