ABOUT THE ROLE:

CareLinx is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN). Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives and creating meaningful relationships with patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping with the preparation, implementation and continuing evaluation of the patient care plan
• Collecting, recording, and monitoring patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs
• Administering immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
• Instructing patients regarding procedures and managing patient flow

ABOUT YOU:

• RN licensure in the state where employed or a compact party state and board-certified by either ANCC or AANP.

• APN authorization in the state where employed to practice in family health by the Board of Nurse Examiners.

• Prescriptive authorization.

• Experience providing primary care as a family nurse practitioner.

• Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment required to perform your work.

• Knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems, as well as medical records and point-of-interview technology.

• A sound understanding of all pertinent federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of disease prevention.

• Experience administering vaccines within the past 12 months

• Proof of current certifications/licenses

• Active and unencumbered nursing license from appropriate state Board of Nursing (LVN, RN, NP)

• Active AHA BLS for Providers

• Proof of vaccination, including 1st booster, against COVID-19

• Proof of completion of a survey questionnaire regarding clinical experience

• Complete 8 hours of training prior to arriving onsite

• Complete on-site orientation and on-site clinical skills assessment upon on-site arrival the first day
