Job Summary:
Manufacturing Products that Matter!
As a 1st shift Machine Maintenance I, you will be primarily responsible for performing a variety of duties that involve the repair and maintenance of our CNC machinery and other equipment that is used in support of our manufacturing operations.

Our 1st shift runs Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm (five x 8/hour shifts).

On a typical day as a Machine Maintenance I, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on a variety of machinery and production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned machinery in the facility
• Maintain necessary paperwork include work order updates and completion
• Ability to read and interpret documents, schematics, engineering drawings etc.
• Perform mathematical calculations
• Ensure that all safety rules and regulations are followed

What skills we are looking for from you as a Machine Maintenance I:

• Previous experience working with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC application and theory
• Good communication skills and you like to work as part of a team
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Can use, or can easily learn to use, a variety of specialized tools
• Basic math skills
• Able to carry out job functions that include standing, sitting, bending, reaching and stooping, as well as lifting up to 40lbs.
