ROLE DEFINITION

Our site in Hillsdale, MI is currently seeking Machine Maintenance Technicians to join our team. As a Machine Maintenance Technician you will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other equipment and building systems as need.


RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:

  • Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair
  • Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
  • Plan repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed Perform general repairs such as repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
  • Performs routine maintenance on building systems
  • Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance


Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required
  • Must have Welding experience
  • 3D modeling/printing is a plus
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
