Position : Magento Front-End Developer

Location : Branchburg, NJ (Remote Till Covid)

Contract : 6+ months

Mandatory Skills :: Magento 2, PHP, PHTML, ES6, KnockoutJS, RequireJS, jQuery, Grunt/Gulp/Webpack, CSS, LESS, SASS, MySQL.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· 8+ years of frontend web development, eCommerce with hands-on Magento2 experience.

· In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6, KnockoutJS, RequireJS, jQuery, Grunt/Gulp/Webpack)

· Experience with Magento PWA Studio and headless commerce architecture

· Understanding of PHP Twig templating, PHTML templating, Magento 2 theme build principals

· Deep understanding and knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs

· Experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS

· Competent with MySQL-based database concepts

· Complete understanding of responsive web design and related development techniques

· Certified Magento Developer is a bonus

· Passion for producing elegant, maintainable, Magento best practices code

· Firm grasp of Git-based source control

· Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team

· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to "think outside the box" while identifying problems and developing creative solutions

· Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

· Self-organizing and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and make use of your time effectively

· Willingness to learn new technologies, take on new responsibilities, and adapt

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 per hour
