Maintenance Worker Full-Time Needed (Castaic / Valencia)

This position is for FULL TIME WORK at Large RV Resort in Valencia. 5 days a week. Schedule includes Weekdays and Weekends. LOOKING TO FILL POSITION IMMEDIATELY.

MUST BE Experienced with Plumbing, Electrical and Handyman skills. MUST OWN your own tools. Knowledge of RV's and Travel Trailers is a plus.

We are seeking a hard working person for a full-time maintenance position. Applicants need to be available year round, this is not a seasonal job posting. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work with others and independently. Will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

The job requirements involve Experience and Knowledge with:

Plumbing

Electrical Work

General Handy-Man Responsibilities

Painting

Wiring

Building Infrastructure experience / Digging / must be familiar with tools of the trade

Propane

RV site Inspections

Qualifications:

Organized

Detail-Oriented

Good Communication Skills

Be able to speak English -- Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Work Independently

Team Player

Most Importantly: Need to be reliable and come to work on time.

Competitive Pay. Pay range will be directly based on Experience and Job Knowledge. Includes Benefits and paid days off.
