We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant in our brand new state of the art facility located in Lewisville, Texas. This position requires lifting up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.

The work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

How you will spend your time:

• Stock and re-stock facility with supplies including kitchen supplies, restroom paper towels and water coolers.
• Trash removal from facility.
• Recycle corrugated/cardboard.
• Maintain a clean facility inside and outside; salt and shovel walkways during winter months, keep up on the facility cleaning after the cleaning company has gone.
• Inventory all supply areas and equipment including the mail room.
• Maintain a clean and organized work shop including sweeping as needed.
• Correctly complete the weekly and daily Preventative Maintenance lists.
• Inventory shop tools and parts and order replacements when needed.
• Minor woodworking.
• Dust off and vacuum production equipment as needed.
• General warehouse/maintenance projects as needed; minor painting etc.
• Possibly assist in the warehouse picking and packing area if needed.
