Currently, The Center at Val Vista is looking for a Maintenance Assistant - Part time.

Purpose:

The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Job Duties: Include but are not limited too

assist with any tasks delegated.

Education:

High School diploma or GED

Experience and Specific Requirements:

Must be able take instruction and follow directions

Must be a self-starter and can work as a team or independently

Must have good communication skills and be able to read, write and speak the English language

Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift minimum of 15 lbs, and crawl

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
