WATKINS GLEN
Located within five hours (300 miles) of 25 percent of the U.S. population, Watkins Glen International is the premier road racing facility in North America, three-times voted “Best NASCAR Track” by readers of
USA Today. The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of premier sports car, open wheel and stock car races throughout the year.
NASCAR seeks a talented professionals to join the Maintenance Team in the position of Maintenance Building & Grounds based at Watkins Glen International, Watkins Glen, New York.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day to day upkeep for the facilities & grounds including but not limited to cleaning, painting, mowing, trimming.
- Operate a variety of equipment as it pertains to the maintenance of building and grounds such as but not limited to tractors, mowers, snow removing equipment, back hoes, and lifts.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.
- Assist with Track maintenance as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintain a valid Drivers License.
Work and Physical Requirements
- Hours will vary but will include all hours of operation, evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary to attend events and to fulfill job responsibilities. Acceptance of work hours customary in the field of sport/entertainment is necessary.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud but can be very loud at times.
