Alder Ridge is looking for a Maintenance Director, to join our team.

Essential Duties:

• Execute UTOs in a timely manner
• General maintenance and repairs
• Light landscaping, keeping the grounds/building in working order
• Preventative maintenance
• Regulatory monitoring/compliance

Job Requirements:

• Handyman or maintenance experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a DSHS background check
• Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License
• The Maintenance Director must be available to take emergency calls, by phone or text, for building Safety, Security and Emergencies
• Good working knowledge of general building maintenance
• Ensures regulatory compliance
