This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing production and process manufacturing equipment onsite, as well as performing modifications, repairs, and preventative/predictive maintenance tasks on existing equipment.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing environment
• Proficient in electrical trouble-shooting - 480vac and 24vdc systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Proficient in computerized maintenance management systems
• Performs troubleshooting on VFDs, servos, single and 3 phase motors
• Performs repairs and inspections on various types of machinery,
• Replaces and rebuilds pumps; repairs hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders
• Identifies and replaces worn or damaged parts
• Maintains and troubleshoots mechanical and PLC controlled manufacturing equipment.
