Job description
- Repairs and maintains plumbing fixtures.
- Repairs and maintains minor mechanical equipment, including problems with pulleys, bearings, and belts and the cleaning and greasing of motors and associated parts.
- Performs masonry work in and around the Club premises which includes repairs and installation of brick walkways and steps.
- Repairs and installs electrical lighting and equipment which includes the replacement of light bulbs, switches, sockets, receptacles and other related parts.
- Assists in the major repair and installation of large equipment, such as boilers, cooling towers, motors, pumps, etc.
- Helps in performing carpentry and painting jobs which include the repair and installation of foundations, footings, sidings and trims.
- Maintains and cleans mechanical areas such as boiler, refrigeration, and machine rooms and shop.
- Takes inventories of parts and notifies the Chief Engineer as to what needs to be ordered.
- Other duties as requested, such as cleaning grease traps & etc.
