• Serve as a leader to support the execution and control of plant Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery
  performance versus goals in a Support department
  
  • Directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and
  repair of machinery and equipment.
  
  • Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
  • Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.
  • Coach team to follow manufacturing standards/methods
  • Develop plans in which business strategies are executed as well as plans to ensure goals and
  objectives are met
  
  • Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of
  product.
  
  • Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop,
  department, or work crew.
  
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
  • Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals
  • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
  • Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
  • Able to install new circuits in accordance with local and state national electrical code.
  • Able to read electrical schematics and drawings of building and electrical equipment.
  • Able to calculate line loads and requirements for new machinery
  • Practice positive employee relations and develop self and others
  • mentors employees as necessary
  • Requisitions and keeps supply of spare parts.
