Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and organized independent worker with an excellent work ethic who is ready to jump into a fast-paced environment. Experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance is preferred. A qualified candidate will have HVAC/CFC certification, HVAC experience and the ability to work with plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting and appliance repairs. Must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation. This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-oriented, motivated individual who is ready to join a team with room to grow.
This position is full time with an excellent benefit package.
Must be able to successfully pass a drug and background screening and have a valid driver’s license.
