Overview:
As a Maintenance Manager at Mirabella Seattle, you’ll lead our Maintenance team in ensuring efficient and effective completion of inspection, repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment. Not only will you be responsible for keeping our campus operating smoothly by ensuring effective and efficient completion of service requests, you’ll be an integral part of our Facility Services leadership team by helping others develop their potential and building strong relationships with our residents.

In addition to maintaining work areas and inventory for our Facilities team, you'll document inspections, plan preventative maintenance and manage quality assurance processes. Facility Services is an integral part of our Emergency and Disaster planning group - so experience in emergency procedures is a must. You'll be responsible for assigning service requests, team scheduling as well as supporting Maintenance Techs through training and your own hands-on work. We're looking for a natural leader who can manage things like timecards, team meetings and standard practices, but is also energized by providing coaching and counseling to the maintenance team alongside the Facility Services Director.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Wages: $65,479 - $75,908 /yr DOE

We’re focused on setting you up for success - three (3) years' proven experience in preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, life safety and utility systems and/or general building repair will allow you to manage what really matters – providing top tier service to both our residents and your team.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in maintenance, engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, maintenance tracking software and basic repair/maintenance of computer software and hardware.
  • Ability to read and understand specifications, plans and drawings, especially mechanical. Good oral and written communications skills. Ability to fill out forms and keep accurate records.
