Maintenance Manager is responsible for keeping all manufacturing and facility related equipment in safe working condition avoiding unscheduled downtime. In this role, the We are looking for Maintenance Manager with experience coordinate the preventive / corrective maintenance, parts inventory, equipment repairs history on prduction enviroment. This position is a working managerial position which manages the maintenance staff, department budget, capital expenditure and major repairs, working hands-on in repairs, installations and maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure continuous production operation. Responsibilities

• Develops and implements preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance program(s) to improve reliability of equipment and machines.
• Lead the company Safety Program, providing training and guidance to all personnel.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with surveys, design, construction, modification, and maintenance of building structures, equipment, and machines.
• Directs execution of capital projects to meet timelines and approved costs.
• Determine schedules and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of maintenance staff and contractors.
