How You’ll Make an Impact

• Organize and coordinate resources of the maintenance department,prioritize activities to ensure plant maintenance in accordance to the workplans and work orders
• Support in establishing and coordinating a safety and health system withrelevant training to all staff, guidelines and procedures
• Organize and coordinate required technical training to enhance theprofessional skills of the maintenance team
• Maintain a close client contact, provide reports in time and supportStation Manager to fulfill client requests and propose improvements of thepower plant system design where applicable
• Follow internal processes and procedures to achieve the maintenancerequirements and monitor their implementation, actively support theircontinuous improvement
• Support the establishment and the maintenance of the internationalmanagement systems according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001
• Motivate and encourage team members, provide guidance and promote staffdevelopment, develop a highly capable maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with a Permit-to-work system in the maintenanceorganization
• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables, availabilty ofrequired tools including regular calibration as required
• Setup, implement and improve preventive maintenance activities in thework plan module of SPPA-M3000 (BFS) and ensure timely execution

What You Bring

• Bachelor Degree in a related engineering field, minimum 6 years workingexperience with focus on power plant commissioning or power/industrial processplant maintenance
• Experience in project management as a project team member (scheduling,ressource planning, etc.)
• Experience in management gained in a managerial function
• Working in a multinational culture team in a project set up environment,collaboration with international team from regional and German HQ
• Several years of working experiences abroad are appreciated
