Our fully-accredited non-profit private school combines traditional academics with therapeutic intervention and pre-vocational skill development. Our Adult Services Program includes five licensed community residences/group homes and two adult learning centers. Duties of this position include:

• Performs a wide variety of skilled and complex maintenance requests ensuring that maintenance issues are resolved in a safe, effective and timely manner. Repairs and projects include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical and lighting, painting and spackling, sheetrock repair and installation, carpet installation, landscaping and HVAC/heating.
• Maintains grounds and shrubbery in a neat condition. Utilizes landscaping equipment properly.
• Completes assignments and reports findings to the Facilities Manager.
• Performs snow removal.
• Maintains knowledge of emergency systems and procedures; Assists with alarm system activities. Replaces bulbs and batteries in exit signs and security lights as required.
• Completes assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participates in preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections.
• Participates in all areas related to Joint Commission.
