Job description
Under the supervision of the Controller the Facility Engineer is responsible for the preventative maintenance, safe repair, and maintenance of all mechanical/electrical equipment; responsible for safe emergency systems operation; responsible for all grounds keeping, required bookkeeping of any/all logs, maintenance records, as required by all Regulatory governing bodies (CMS, AAAHC, OSHA, IDPH).
