Role Purpose: The maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance personnel and ensuring mechanics are working safely and efficiently.

Knowledge and Experience
- Must be 21+ years old
- Possess or be able to obtain Class B CDL w/ Passenger & Air Brake endorsements
- ASE Certifications are a plus
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory
- Associates or Tech School degree preferred
- Experience in maintenance & repair
- Microsoft systems experience
Key Accountabilities
Job information
- Plans, organizes and assigns preventative and corrective maintenance work to mechanics
- Monitors and ensures compliance of both vehicles and staff with safety and regulations
- Accomplishes maintenance objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Communicates directly with management & operations

Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
