Maintenance (Part-time)
Job description
Runk & Pratt Senior Living Community at Smith Mountain Lake is looking for a hard-working and dedicated member to join the maintenance team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Commercial mower and trimmer experience
- Performing preventative maintenance on property as instructed by management
- Notify management of any property issues, safety concerns or tenant issues
- Receive and perform maintenance request throughout the day
- Mowing and weed eating grounds
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Reliable along with your own mode of transportation
- Able to work under little to no supervision at times and able to multitask
- Basic carpentry skills
- Building and general maintenance repair
- Painting, patching and drywall repair
- HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical knowledge
- Computer Skills
- Self directed and able to multi-task and prioritize
- Able to work a flexible schedule including on-call shifts
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
