Preston Place Suites - Assisted Living Facility is currently looking to fill a Maintenance position. This position would report to the Maintenance Supervisor and would be a Monday - Friday position working 8 hour shifts. Duties to include but not limited to facilitating the successful physical community operations by performing repairs and maintenance (plumbing, painting, light electrical, light HVAC, etc.) of the property that will promote a high sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for the residents, families and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure completion of work orders
- Assist with move-in / move out details. Prepare / repair rooms for resident use
- Repair plumbing fixtures
- Repair appliances
- Perform door removal and installation. Repair door locks and make adjustments
- Perform wall texturing, painting, wall repairs, etc. as needed.
