Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen is looking for a full-time Maintenance Mechanic I, with on call responsibilities.
Sapphire, an innovative Health Care System throughout the Hudson Valley, specializes in caring for the elderly. Our services include: Short-term Rehabilitation Services, Adult Day Health Care and Skilled Nursing.
Responsibilities and Duties
This position is responsible for repairing, replacing, painting and spakling, dry wall knowledge a must or otherwise improving the Facility's equipment, performing semi-skilled work in several crafts and providing maintenance of equipment, buildings and systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school, trade school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Current Class E New York State drivers license and safe driving record.
- One (1) year of maintenance experience, preferably in a facility/healthcare setting.
