Maintenance Technician Essential Job Functions:

• Perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, mechanical machine repairs, inspection and testing of equipment, building maintenance and specific projects.
• Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in the facility.
• Troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facility equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performs fabrication, erection of processing equipment and repair to plant and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair minor pneumatic and hydraulic problems
• Electrical pump, motor, heater, piping system, water system, and steam system repair/install
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on general manufacturing equipment; starters, start/stop stations, motors

Plant Maintenance Technician Background Profile:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in related heavy duty maintenance job or equivalent combination of training and experience
• PLC's, hydraulics, pneumatics, 5 axis machines
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
