Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Participate in daily activities supporting a system of organization for products used to support overall facility – to include weekly Cintas exchanges, paper product and shop supplies (coolants, oils, Waxie and Costco orders, etc)
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for facility and equipment – to include CNC Machines, coolant sumps, manual manufacturing equipment, logistics equipment, etc.
- Facilities improvements – participate in decision, collection of estimates, and interface with contractors through job completion
- Support management’s view on value and adhere to budgets
- Identify opportunities for improvement on cost efficiency
- Maintain functionality of facility and production equipment
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of facility – to include significant floor and equipment cleaning
- Additional duties as required

Education and/or Experience
- Extensive Maintenance & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of tools utilized
- Intermediate to advanced manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to coordinate with all levels of personnel
- Ability to maintain controlled documents
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community in Facility Manager’s absence
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
