SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician position assists the Director of Maintenance/Facilities in maintaining the buildings, grounds, and overall physical buildings. The Maintenance Technician may be directly responsible for routine cleaning of common areas and equipment, minor maintenance reports, repair requests, preventive maintenance, grounds maintenance, and available for scheduled/unscheduled on-call or after-hours maintenance emergencies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS
Education: High school diploma or GED. Degree from vocational/trade school in maintenance related field preferred.
Certificates/Licenses:
o Valid Driver’s License.
o Operation of facility van after completion of van training.
o Obtain boilers license, within first year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.13 - $26.17 per hour
