Maintenance Technician Job SummaryAutomation Personnel Services, Inc is seeking qualified candidates for maintenance technicians needed for a company in Columbia, SC. The technician will troubleshoot and repair complex equipment breakdowns involving mechanical and electrical machinery.
Pay Rate:
$28.00 per hour or more based on experience
Schedule and Hours:
Monday- Friday, mandatory OT on Saturdays may be required (no more than 2 in a row)
1st shift 6A.M. 3P.M.
2nd shift 2:30p.M 11p.M
Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications
Must have experience in a combination of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fields.
Ability to read and interpret linear and circumference measurements using tape measure and calipers.
Must be able to compute ratio and percent, and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Able to troubleshoot and program PLC s
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crawl, crouch
Must be able lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
