Barry Apartments, located in Palatka, Florida has an immediate opening for a Fulltime Maintenance Technician.
Chosen applicant will assist in the responsibility and accountable of all maintenance tasks to include monthly lawn care. Individual is responsible to ensure the proper performance/completion of all maintenance and service functions on Property.
This job requires organizational skills, excellent communication skills and strong working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance to include, but not limited to, painting, troubleshooting of appliance, A/C, plumbing, etc.
