We are interviewing experienced Maintenance Technicians to work at our apartment communities throughout the Atlanta metro area. Travel outside of Atlanta may be required occasionally. This position is scheduled for Monday - Friday with NO ON CALL OR WEEKENDS! The idea candidate has 5 years of apartment maintenance experience, is HVAC certified (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), possesses working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, is flexible and dependable.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) with experience troubleshooting and installing HVAC units
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry & sheetrock
- Skilled in appliance repair
- Ability to prioritize work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Skilled in use of computers and online aps, preferably with working knowledge of Yardi and HappyCo
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Provide own tools
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and communicate effectively
- Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing
- Other job duties as assigned
