Currently hiring for state of the art, climate controlled, and clean manufacturing facility in Vonore, TN.

Hiring for 12 hour night shift with opportunity for overtime.

Previous experience required:

• Maintenance experience either through training / school or working in a face paced, high volume environment.

Essential Job Duties:

• Working knowledge of three-phase electricity, diagnosis of electrical circuits, read electrical schematics, working knowledge of ladder logic, PLC and/or CNC troubleshooting and programming.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines and assembly machines for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical failures.
• Ability to read complex hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Working knowledge of various hand tools, shop equipment, etc.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance methods.
• Ability to perform realignment of mechanical systems using dial indicators or other systems.
• Working knowledge of welding and pipe fitting.
• Working knowledge of various electrical test equipment such as voltmeter, amp probe, oscilloscope, etc.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Able to walk about 3-7 miles per day.
• Perform repetitive motion while walking or standing.
• Stand/walk for duration of shift.
• Able to work 12 hour shifts.
• Visually check for minute details when performing quality checks.
• Able to comprehend quality aspect of inspection.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.18 - $36.78 per hour
