Leaders Staffing is seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians for Direct Hire.
We have clients located in Steuben County, Dekalb County, and Allen County - Fort Wayne, IN.
Pay is negotiable pending location & experience!!
We are looking for an experienced self-starter with strong problem-solving and repair skills. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment.
Ideal Candidate will have exceptional mechanical aptitude and machine repair experience with:
- Reading schematics
- Basic mechanical skills
- Forklift (required)
- Hand/Power tools
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Welding
- Electrical
- Fanuc Robotics, plus
Position Details:
- Auburn, IN location 12hr Rotating Shift: $18-28/hour
- Fort Wayne, IN locations 1st and 2nd shifts: $19-28/hour
- Goshen, IN location 3rd shift (11pm - 8am): $21 - $28/hour
- Ligonier, IN location 3rd shift (10pm-6am): $21-$29/hour
- Topeka, IN location all shifts shift: $19-28/hour
- Bluffton, IN location 2nd and 3rd shift: $22-$32/hour
- Huntington, IN location 1st shift: $19-26/hour
- Maintenance Team Leads - Berne, IN, Auburn, IN, Butler, IN, Ligonier, IN and Marion, IN.
Requirements:
- 1+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 2 year technical degree maintenance, technical field or electrician apprenticeship desired
- PLC and electrical troubleshooting preferred
- Electrical experience with automated equipment and robots
- CNC knowledge a plus
- Experience in working with 24V, 120/230V, 480V, as well as 1 and 3 phase circuits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Ligonier, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
