Do you have experience in maintenance? Luttrell Staffing Group is now recruiting for Maintenance Tech.
Duties and details for Maintenance Tech:
- Responsible for executing maintenance requests by diagnosing problems, making repairs and ensuring service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner
- Assist in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
- Perform on-call emergency service and snow removal as required
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
- Pay rate: $14/hr
- Temp-to-Hire
- Benefits (Medical, Holiday, Vacation Pay)
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Maintenance Tech:
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in residential property management or related field
- HVAC and/or CFC certifications required
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of residential building systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, condensing units and roof fans
- CAMTI and CAMTII are preferred
- Basic plumbing, basic electric, sheetrock/drywall, carpentry, wallpaper, painting, roofs and gutters
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet
- Ability to be on-call
- Travel may be required at times to attend various gatherings in the vicinity
