Looking for an energetic part time maintenance person at Greenridge Apartments located in Rockingham, NC
21 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am until 4pm
Must be able to climb steps, paint units, do all maintenance repairs (Paint, Clean, Repairs, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) and make purchases
All will be Required: Must pass Drug Test, Must have Good Credit, Good Criminal Report and Good Work References and have own tools and vehicle
Valid Drivers License and Social Card required at time of interview

Pay: $17.00 per hour
