Job Summary:

Woodfin-Your Home Team is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance technician will be a knowledgeable and skilled technician capable of performing a variety of tasks across the Woodfin Family of Companies. Every day will be different as you learn from your fellow team members and identify efficient and sustainable solutions to any needs that arise. This role has the potential to continually evolve within the department as the maintenance team continues to grow and accept additional responsibilities to support the Woodfin Family of Companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of general building and property maintenance, service, and repair services supporting multiple company owned properties.
• Performs a variety of maintenance services to include, but not limited to: basic equipment repair (nuts, bolts, washers, seals, etc.), painting, caulking, wall repair, minor plumbing work, basic electrical maintenance (replacing a ballast, replacing light fixture, etc.), power washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
• Troubleshoots to identify potential root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or mechanical experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a clean driving record.

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable performing duties from an elevated height on a ladder, lift, or roof top.
• Possess a strong understanding of the safe usage of hand and power tools.
• Able and willing to be trained on the proper and safe operation of equipment as needed (e.g., Boom Lift).
• Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lb. regularly and occasionally up to 75 lb.
• Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
