Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is currently accepting applications for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Dayton, Ohio. This tech will work at our award winning apartment communities, Fieldstone Apartments and Windsor Place in Beavercreek, Ohio

This challenging opportunity includes:
- Maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and swimming pool equipment, as well as appliances, series and master locks, interior and exterior carpentry, glazing screens and roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs and signage.
- Works on turnovers, grounds
- Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm and on-call work every third week (with a $100 bonus for on-call schedule)
You offer the following minimum requirements:
- EPA Certification required
- Basic computer or smartphone skills
- Apartment maintenance knowledge: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Drug and background check
