• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and notes
• Remove/Replace lockboxes from residences
• Remove/Install signs at residences
• Manage work order service request flow ensuring all service requests are properly maintained in Property Meld, including notes, documents, and photos.
• Assists in other duties as assigned
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results

• 5 years’ experience
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
