• 
  Maintain the Maintenance Request System, review all daily maintenance requests and assign tasks.
• Maintain inventory of all maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment.
• Perform diversified maintenance duties, including work such as (but not limited to) plumbing and electrical fixture installation and repair, and carpentry, appliance repair and snow removal.
• Maintain and adjust heating & hot water systems using computer controls.
• Maintain HVAC equipment.
• Assist with requests for issues pertaining to water systems along with steam and gas supplies.
• Maintain and repair doors, furniture, hardware, and windows.
• Perform shop work for general repair and maintenance needs.
• Engage in construction, maintenance and repair of electric power and lighting systems.
• Oversee routine monitoring and response to facility systems (fire alarms, power failures).
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School education or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Maintenance or Construction field
• Basic plumbing experience including repairs of faucets, toilets, drains, etc.
• Valid Driver’s license
• A knowledge of HVAC maintenance
• Basic carpentry and fabrication skills
