ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the Director of Facilities and Team Leaders to provide maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the facilities buildings and equipment.

Perform basic repairs involving carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
Transport residents to and from scheduled activities as needed.
Attend safety trainings and drills.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Can follow written and oral instructions.
Are able to read, write, and perform simple math.
Have or will obtain a Chauffeurs Driver Class D endorsement within 90 days of employment.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
