Job description

Develop maintenance training modules based on fleet maintenance issues and quickly deliver awareness, troubleshooting and repair methods to our maintenance teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops maintenance training modules based on fleet performance
  • Monitors monthly CASS Reports to extract key drivers of cancellations, delays and deferred MX items across all fleet types.
  • Uses the CASS data to research the system involved and/or responsible for the top CASS drivers.
  • Consults various maintenance supervisors, leads and representatives to document return-to-service best practices.
  • Fill-in for classroom MX Training Instructors if necessary
  • Other projects and tasks assigned by the MX Training Manager
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Valid US Passport in possession or applied for Valid A&P License Must be willing to travel up to 50% to all maintenance stations *Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
