Job description
What You Will Do
Lead the charge for maintenance excellence in property management to repair and maintain some of the best properties in town!
- Perform routine ‘preventative’ maintenance as needed
- Checks all lights and replaces them as necessary
- Assist in changing or removing appliances
- Replace or repair items as necessary including windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors and closets
- Snow removal on walk-ways and property grounds cleanup
- Frequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 70 pounds
- All other duties as assigned
What You Will Need
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Posses’ good mechanical skills
- Yardi experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred
- Ability to uphold the Company Vision and Values
