Job Title: House Manager

Classification: Exempt

Department/Location: Mana Recovery

Shift: 3 and a half days per week with a 700 dollar salary

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• None required.

Experience

• Experience with a twelve-step recovery program.

Licensure/registration/certification

• Drivers License

Position Specific Competencies

Skills

• Ability to provide safe transportation for members
• Ability to manage multiple patients at one time; multitasking skills are a must
• Mana Recovery House Managers must be capable of maintaining attention to detail throughout an entire shift.

Knowledge

• Working knowledge of a 12-step based program.
• Basic understanding of the services that Mana Recovery provides to its members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee Treatment population and provide guidance and support to members in the care of Mana Recovery Center.
• Constantly be present with members while conducting day-to-day activities on and off Mana Recovery Center property.
• Acclimate new members to all facility/program rules, expectations, and accommodations; monitor member adherence to the rules and expectations.
• Attend Housing Staffing meetings on a weekly basis, and as requested.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the Facility’s vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $700.00 per week
