• Must have 5-7 years' experience in a data center and/or networking position with an added emphasis on security
• Preferred Certifications may include: Security +, GIAC, CEH and CISSP
• Experience working with and supporting Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technologies: CrowdStrike, Cylance Protect W/Optics
• Experience working with and supporting the following security technologies: Cisco Secure Web Gateway (Umbrella), Cisco DUO MFA, Cisco StealthWatch, Cisco Secure Endpoint (AMP4E)
• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) with a strong emphasis on DNS, GPO, Certificates, and authentication
• Experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is required
• Experience with any of the following technologies a plus: Firewall Technologies (Cisco FTD/FMC, Palo Alto, Fortinet), Cisco ISE or other NAC technologies, Cisco Meraki
• Understanding of basic network protocols and traffic flow in an enterprise environment
• Excellent communications skills verbal and written skills
• Basic knowledge of Linux is a plus
• Master's degree in computer science, or computer related field preferred or High School diploma/GED with equivalent years of experience
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
