MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM: In this approximate 24-month training program, Management Trainees rotate through various roles and departments gaining experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics Management, Inside Sales and Account Management, Outside Sales, Operations Management, Purchasing and more.

While the position provides real on the job training, there is also online training related to electrical systems, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary, as the training program is designed to fully prepare the right candidate into being a future leader of CED. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, the desire for a career that makes a difference in the world, and thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability and willingness to relocate
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Must be a driven self-starter, have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 to 2 years of sales/customer service experience
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to solve problems

Pay: 60K base compensation
