Job Summary:

Team members are expected to display integrity, loyalty, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times with co-workers and clients. Team members are expected to spend no less than 40 hours per week performing their duties. In special circumstances, overtime may be required in order to complete projects or meet deadlines. Each employee is expected to be a team player and contribute overall to the company in helping to promote an enjoyable, productive, and safe work environment. Assist co-workers within your department or others within the company as time permits. Team members are expected to treat all co-workers in a professional, courteous manner at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to phone calls and emails regarding Association(s)
  • Update Association’s profiles as needed
  • Provide updates to Manager for review and copy distribution
  • Perform property inspections, if needed, to assist managers in time of need.
  • Generate Report and submit work orders as needed
  • Submit violations to the MA Team or in the Management App
  • Assist Manager in completion of Action List items, as assigned
  • Type or dictate minutes as directed by supervisor
  • Type up Manager’s Directors Reports, if needed, to take off a work load from community manager(s).

Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, skilled in grammar, spelling and letter composition
  • Minimum typing speed 45 wpm
  • Minimum (2) years recent office experience
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including computers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2010
  • Availability to work overtime as requested/needed
  • Dependable, punctual and reliable
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Regular attendance
  • Legible penmanship
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a neat work environment
  • Ability to communicate questions, ideas, concerns with supervisor

Compensation: $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Some evenings for Board or special meetings.

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
