Assistant Manager Duties

Assistant Manager Store Walk Through ( all items checked off to ensure store is running efficiently at capacity) all details listed in daily job expectations

• Store Walkthrough – in store minimum 3-xs/wk
• Produce Order – 4xs/wk (also train shift leads on how to do this)
• Paper Order – Mondays1x/wk
• Scan emails into Invoice Folder – 1-2 x/wk (usually Monday or Wednesday)
• Bank Runs – at least 1x/wk
• Deposit Tracker and scan into Deposit folder-1x week (last priority)
• Check Voicemails – all managers on days they are in store
• Check Emails – at least 3-xs/wk, look for customer feedback and cleanses to prepare
• Markout Sheet – total up at end of the month
• Manager Comp Sheet - total up at end of financial period and scan into folder 1x/period
• Review Invoices/make sure all items are accounted
• Google Calendar - put vacations and events in it
• General troubleshooting * Conducting Interviews
• Training & Orientation with our current orientation materials
• Become expert in entering new employees in Gusto (set them up with DD), Humanity & NCR.
• Train new employees how to use the Humanity app * Fielding employee phone calls when there is an issue at the store
• Approving shift trades

Customer service:

• Voicemails/Calling customers back – Voicemails should go to Asst. manager then Owners email.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
