We're seeking a Manager to oversee our production team. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position, requiring the successful candidate to monitor daily production and make adjustments as necessary. The Manager will also deal directly with clients, monitoring customer feedback and giving regular updates to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Help employees define goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Ensure that employees meet these goals.
• Help employees understand and solve problems.
• Motivate employees to work hard and try new things.
• Vet new hires to ensure they are a good fit for the team.
• Create the structure of your team by defining job roles and distribution of responsibilities.
• Manage your team's workload by delegating work and setting group deadlines that can be met.
• Manage customer grievances
• Managing supply orders
