Your Role
As a Manager Clinic Engagement for NY-West, you lead, influence, and execute on the operational plan based on market needs. The Clinic Engagement Manager develops positive, long-term relationships with physicians, practice managers, healthcare providers, and healthcare systems to support and improve financial and quality performance. This role is also responsible for the training and education of Clinic Engagement Specialists. This role is responsible for the execution of Joint Venture Partner-level strategies, decided upon in key externally facing meetings.
- Drive Engagement: Meet with Practice Managers, PCPs and key provider stakeholders to build formal business relationships
- Support Care Team Objectives: Partner with Honest's clinical team to support care team objectives related to network goals. Show proficiency in Honest's business model and speak to qualitative data outputs in provider facing meetings
- Promote Collaboration: Partner with payor market teams to ensure alignment with provider engagement strategy and tactics. Develop preferred provider collaboration and workflows
- Document and Maintain Scorecards: Maintain documentation on provider engagement and network efforts including contractual documents and CRM inputs, as needed. Support development of provider scorecards with Analytics team
- Organize meetings: Organize key meetings with JV Partners. Document decisions. Then, execute on those decisions
Responsibilities:
- Train and manage a team of Clinic Engagement Specialists
- Support network initiatives to ensure optimal access for JV Partners' attributed patients
- Develop and nurture relationships with JV Partners, including addressing concerns of leaders and clinicians
- Build and manage disciplined project plans and processes with established target goals and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Build and evolve playbooks and toolkits based on learnings and needed structuring
- Promote Honest Medical Group within the local market to help community understand our business model
- Engage and collaborate with Honest's Interdisciplinary Team and market partners in the implementation of clinical initiatives, processes, and procedures
- Standardize operations to leverage lessons learned across markets
- Serve as communication conduit between internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as primary contact for Practice managers and physicians
- Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with practices to review data and programs
- Schedule practice and provider meetings
- Monthly distribution of chase lists and acuity data to practices

- You live in the Capital District of New York
- 10+ years of healthcare administrative experience
- Experience with engaging providers and administrators to improve value-based care performance
- Clear communication style with experience addressing company leadership
- Able to think creatively and strategically
- Solid understanding of care delivery processes (i.e., PCPs, hospitals, home health, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of health plan administration and medical management services (i.e., billing, claims, customer service, technology, care management, utilization management etc.)
- Experience with Government programs (Medicaid, Medicare, and Dual Eligibles) and understanding of the associated regulatory environments
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience manipulating published reports and dashboards in Tableau is a plus
- You have passion for and experienced in clinical care delivery operations.
- You are adept to change and can pivot quickly based on market needs and demands.
- You have experience managing an interdisciplinary team and have experience working with providers.
- You can identify needs and think through clinical and operational process improvements.
- Position is based remotely but will regularly TRAVEL throughout Western New York State so the right candidate must live in market.
